Havatzelet's goals are to promote activities in the fields of culture, education, science, and sport, to support new artists, to assist known artists in exhibitions and projects, to provide scholarships to encourage creation and for higher education - all this and more, with an emphasis on encouraging and advancing the younger generation in these fields.
